VIDEOGAME-style footage captured the moment a Ukrainian kamikaze drone smashed into a Russian tank before it burst into flames.

The incredible clip shows how the drone quickly hones in on its target with pinpoint precision before the deadly weapon explodes.

The brief video was shared on Twitter by a Ukraine-affiliated account which vowed they will continue to hit back until achieving "complete victory."

It shows the drone catapulting through the air towards an unsuspecting Russian tank in a rural area.

The clip then dramatically stops just before the moment of impact to highlight the accuracy of the strike.

It then switches to an aerial view to show further footage of when the drone hits, as smoke ominously begins to rise from the tank.

The video was captioned: "The special forces of the SBU continue to pelt the occupiers with "gifts" straight from the sky."

It is not clear where the drone attack in the footage occurred.

The tweet also boasted that Putin's men are often stunned by "the accuracy of such surprises."

Throughout the war, Ukrainian fighters have been using relatively cheap drones to cause havoc with Russia.

But they have still managed to rattle Vladimir Putin with their blitzes over the last week.

Footage shared on Thursday appeared to show a Ukrainian kamikaze marine drone destroying a Russian spy ship after dodging its gunfire.

The clip seems to indicate there was a near strike on the Ivan Khurs, one of Vladimir Putin's most modern warships, in the Black Sea.

Ukrainian official Anton Gerashchenko said the unmanned marine drone exploded close to the reconnaissance warship, although the footage doesn't make clear what happened afterwards.

He said it "exploded right at the side of the ship and seriously damaged it."

Gerashchenko said that the Ivan Khurs "was definitely damaged, and perhaps was even on its side."

The vessel is said to have been undamaged, according to Russian sources, but offered no proof of this.

A massive explosion then reportedly ripped through a Russian missile store as Ukraine allegedly fired British-made Storm Shadows.

An enormous fireball erupted after the reported strike on an arsenal of Russian S-300 air defence missiles in the occupied port of Berdiansk in southern Ukraine.

It was unclear if the surge of attacks represented the start of a counteroffensive or a change in strategy by Ukraine.
